Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your Saathi account and the personal data associated with it. Saathi is published by DT IT Solutions Private Limited. You can delete your account directly inside the app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have access to it.

1.Delete your account from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Saathi app:

1. Open the Saathi app and sign in.
2. Go to your Profile (or Settings).
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and associated personal data are removed as described in Section 3 below.

2.Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account and data deletion by email. Send a message from the email address associated with your Saathi account to:

Please include the subject line “Saathi Account Deletion Request” and the email address you used to register. We will verify your request and process the deletion. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, and sooner where practicable.

3.What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the personal data associated with it, including:

• your account and profile information (name, email, spiritual profile);
• your birth details and any generated charts or reports;
• your conversations with the guide;
• your practice data (japa counts, sadhana logs, bookmarks).
