Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your Saathi account and the personal data associated with it. Saathi is published by DT IT Solutions Private Limited. You can delete your account directly inside the app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have access to it.

1.Delete your account from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Saathi app:

1. Open the Saathi app and sign in.
2. Open the menu and go to Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Tap Delete to confirm.

Your account and associated personal data are removed as described in Section 3 below.

2.Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion of your account and data by email to info@dtitglobal.com, with the subject line “Saathi Account Deletion Request”.

• If you sign in with your mobile number: include that number in your email. We will contact you on that number to confirm the request is yours.
• If you sign in with Google or Apple: send the email from the address linked to that account. If you used Apple’s “Hide My Email”, tell us so and we will help you confirm the account another way.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, and sooner where practicable.

3.What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the personal data associated with it, including:

• your account and profile information (name, mobile number or email, gender, date, place and time of birth);
• your kundali profiles and any generated charts, reports and answers;
• your conversations with the guide and their summaries;
• your practice data (japa counts, sadhana logs, bookmarks) and Today’s Sankalp;
• your For You reading activity, saved articles and reading progress.

Signing out or deleting your account also removes your reminders and saved app data from your phone.

4.Contact
